Overall, there are twelve steps in total. The whole process mainly consists of stages where the bottles .

In the first stage, the plastic bottles are delivered by trucks to factories where the sorting process . Sorted bottles then proceed to be cut by a and . Next, these bottles are stored in a container and dried under the sun for 10 hours to .

In the next step, the cleansed bottles are and through small tubes in order to produce yarns. Following that, the manufacturers collect and that are suitable for making clothes. Finally, the recycled fabrics are rolled into separate rolls of cloth, which are ready for clothing manufacture at the last stage of the process.
