I'm Sarah, the sales manager for the apartments here at Piano Tower, which is itself a fantastic piece of early 20th century architecture.
People say it looks like an old warehouse, but it was designed for manufacturing pianos.
And this was a great location for that because the railway is close by, so the instruments could be transported by train for sale in shops around the country.
When the piano firm closed, the building was occupied for a time by a group who did printmaking, photography and painting here until the building was purchased by us about three years ago and converted into these wonderful apartments.
This will be a fabulous place to live, with great facilities for the residents to enjoy full and healthy lifestyles.
There's a gym in the building, which residents will have access to at no extra charge.
But that's not the only way they'll be keeping fit, because they'll also get a reduction on the price of a swim in the pool.
The room we're in now, the common room, is a shared space that residents can use, either for work meetings or for socializing.
They won't have to pay for this, but they'll need to book, and it's first come, first serve.
Also worthy of mention is that anybody with a vehicle has the option of renting a space in our secure basement car park if they wish, and there'll be a laundry room available for a small charge each time you use it, or you can have unlimited use for a monthly fee.
We are very proud of how sustainable Piano Tower is.
For example, the roof's covered with grass and wildflowers to encourage birds and insects.
The apartments are all energy efficient, with large windows that let in the sun.
Some of the apartments on the ground floor are equipped with heat pumps for radiators and hot water, while the others have the latest gas boilers.
Obviously the original building was constructed with man-made materials, brick, steel and concrete.
But during the conversion, wherever possible, the architects used organic materials that are found in nature.
Examples include the wooden floors in the apartments, which are from timber grown sustainably in the area, and the sheep's wall, which was used as insulation in the walls.
We actually have over 40 apartments for sale, but please believe me when I tell you that each one is unique in its own way.
I'd like to tell you about four of them to show you what I mean.
Starting with the Keyboard apartment.
Internally, there's one large living and sleeping area.
This apartment is competitively priced.
The whole apartment is unfurnished, so the buyer will be able to choose whatever kitchen and bathroom they want, and add their own touch to make it their perfect home.
And externally, there's a lovely shaded courtyard, which will be a perfect spot for eating outdoors on those summer evenings.
For anyone looking for a larger property, we have the Brubeck, a four-bedroom flat on the top floor.
Part of this was originally the director's office, and the windows stretch all the way around the apartment, giving you a fabulous 360-degree panorama over the rooftops of the city.
As I mentioned, the majority of the apartments are unfurnished.
However, our next apartment, Sonata Rooms, is different.
It's already got everything you'd need, from a gorgeous fully-fitted kitchen, even with pots and pans, right through to a huge flat-screen TV.
It's literally ready to move into.
And finally, the Nyman flat, which is on the second floor, in the part of the complex closest to the river, which you can actually see out of every single window in this fantastic three-bedroom flat.
So even though you're in the heart of the city, it's a great place to just sit back and watch the wildlife.
Anyway, I've got printed brochures with the specifications of each apartment, along with pricing, so if anyone would like to...
