Woman:
Wildlife Conservation Society.
Michael Jones:
Oh, hello.
Michael Jones:
Yes, I'd like to join, please.
Woman:
Oh, yes, certainly.
Woman:
I'll just get some details from you.
Woman:
Could I have your name?
Michael Jones:
Michael Jones.
Woman:
And can I ask where you heard about us?
Woman:
Was it in an advert, or did a friend tell you, or...
Michael Jones:
Neither, actually.
Michael Jones:
It was a radio program.
Michael Jones:
Then I just got your number from the phone book.
Woman:
Now I need some membership details.
Woman:
It's Michael Jones, and the address?
Michael Jones:
21 Beale Street.
Woman:
And do you know your postcode?
Michael Jones:
Yes, it's LS142JW.
Woman:
And do you have a daytime telephone number we can contact you on?
Michael Jones:
Yes, you can call me at work.
Michael Jones:
The number's 0117358642.
Michael Jones:
And I can give you my office email address, if you like.
Woman:
That'd probably be useful.
Michael Jones:
It's mj at hennings.co.uk.
Woman:
Is that H-E-N-N-I-N-G-S?
Michael Jones:
That's right.
Woman:
Now, I just need to ask you some questions about exactly what you want.
Woman:
First of all, how long do you want the membership for?
Woman:
We do two-, three-, and five-year memberships, and we also do one for life.
Michael Jones:
I think I'll just get the minimum length this time round.
Woman:
And then the type of membership.
Woman:
We do single, joint or family, which covers up to four children.
Michael Jones:
Well, we haven't got any children, but I think I'll get the joint one because my wife will probably want to do the activities with me.
Woman:
That'll be £49 altogether then, please.
Woman:
How would you like to pay?
Michael Jones:
By direct debit?
Woman:
I just need your bank details.
Woman:
Can you give me the name first?
Michael Jones:
It's the Union Bank.
Woman:
And now I've got your name, but I need your account number.
Michael Jones:
0-1-0-5-9-6-1-2.
Woman:
When would you like to start payment?
Woman:
Next month, on the 1st of October, or...?
Michael Jones:
Can you make it the 15th instead?
Woman:
The membership will begin then too.
Woman:
Is that all right?
Michael Jones:
That's fine.
Woman:
I'll just give you a reference number in case there's any problem.
Woman:
Have you got a pen?
Woman:
And we'll be sending you an information pack within a few days.
Woman:
Is there anything else?
Michael Jones:
Could you send me an additional one?
Michael Jones:
I've got a friend who's very interested.
Woman:
I'll make a note of that.
Woman:
There's also a video we can send you if you like.
Woman:
There's no charge.
Michael Jones:
Yes, please.
Michael Jones:
That'll be great.
