On the one hand, proponents of high salaries for directors argue that such is essential for attracting . High pay packages experienced professionals from other leading companies to join an organization, bringing invaluable expertise and that can propel the company forward. For instance, global giants like Apple and Google offer hefty salaries to their directors in order to secure industry leaders who can and maintain their competitive edge. Moreover, high salaries act as a powerful motivator for directors to perform at their best, as they are often tied to the of the company. Directors in sectors such as finance are typically awarded bonuses based on company profits, creating a direct link between their earnings and the organization’s success, thereby ensuring they work diligently to enhance the business's performance.

On the other hand, I still believe that the between directors and regular employees is not only unjust but also harmful to the company’s long-term success. First, the disparity in salaries can foster feelings of resentment among employees, who may feel despite their contributions to the organization. This sense of unfairness can lead to a decrease in and motivation, as workers perceive their efforts as being insufficiently rewarded.
