Right then, I'll start by telling you what we have and where you can find it.
We're currently in the reception area.
As you can see, apart from the main entrance doors, there are two doors which lead out of the reception in different directions.
Let's start with the door closest to the entrance, through which you will find the dining room, where lunch and dinner are served.
But the buffet-style breakfast is served in the adjoining coffee shop, which has a separate entrance and exit to make service quicker.
Follow the east corridor, that's on the right as you look at the map, and you'll pass the courtyard on your left.
Opposite the entrance to the courtyard, at right angles to the main corridor, is the exit to the tennis courts and spa.
Be careful not to confuse this with the exit at the far end of the east corridor, as that is actually a fire exit and should only be used in an emergency.
Just before the fire exit, on the right, is one of our function rooms, the Gunderson Room.
At the back of the building, you will find our offices.
So, the other door from the reception leads into the west corridor.
Turning left into the corridor, you will see the Swanson Room at the front of the building.
Walking down this corridor in the opposite direction, you will pass the stairwell to your right, leading to your rooms and the games room on your left.
Finally, at the far end of this corridor, on the left, is the fitness centre.
This consists of two identical changing rooms from which you can enter our well-equipped gym and swimming pool.
The latter is at the far corner of the building.
The Oak Ridge Hotel was converted from the property owned by Margaret Gunderson, a famous local philanthropist, and used as her family's residence in the early 1900s.
The hotel celebrated its centenary two summers ago.
It is therefore also among Castleton's longest running hotels, having opened just a year or so after the Hotel Grand across the street.
Next, the eating arrangements.
Breakfast is served from 7 every day, with last entry at 8, except on Saturday and Sunday when it is served from half past 7 onwards.
As you may know, it's buffet style, and it's included in the price of your stay.
You can eat as much as you wish, so make the most of it.
As for free time, the hotel is right in the downtown area, and so a great base for seeing what the town has to offer with its colonial architecture.
And it's also a good base to get out and explore the coast, which isn't too far away if you have your own vehicle.
For those of you who'd like something more restful, you may wish to take advantage of our spa.
Day passes are available to purchase from reception, and with it being low season, you may even have the whole place to yourself, which makes a visit even more relaxing and special.
In fact, it's even been nominated for an award, and we'll find out in a week or so whether we've won.
Do take a look at our website for various offers and discounts on local attractions.
If you need a transfer to the airport or need a cab, then our receptionists will be glad to help.
Guests sometimes ask if hotel employees can help by carrying bags to and from the rooms, but I'm afraid that health and safety means that's no longer possible.
But you can help yourself to a trolley if you have a heavy suitcase.
Okay, are there any questions?
