Honestly, I encouraged him because I could see he had that was being his lack of confidence. You know, when the going gets tough in university and future careers, strong communication skills are essential, and I didn’t want him to miss this chance to grow. I had been through similar fears myself and knew that facing them early would make him stronger. So I spent time practicing with him every evening, giving tips and showing him that everyone feels nervous at first. In the end, although he was reluctant at the beginning, he placed third in the competition, and the pride on his face was unforgettable. It and now he’s much more willing to . That experience also as he realized I was pushing him for his own good.
