The friend of mine who really likes to sing is my university classmate, Minh Anh. She’s a 20-year-old girl studying pharmacy, the same major as me. We met during the very first week of university in 2025 when we were randomly grouped together for an orientation ice-breaker game. She was the one who volunteered to of “See Tình” to introduce herself, and her voice was so clear and confident that the whole room clapped. From that day we started sitting together in class, and we’ve been close friends ever since.

As for what kind of songs she likes, Minh Anh likes almost every kind of song, but she’s especially good at and . She loves like “Drivers license” by Olivia Rodrigo or “Stay” by The Kid LAROI & Justin Bieber, but . She sings all the time: in the shower, during karaoke nights , when we’re waiting for the bus, and even in the library. Whenever we have a karaoke night, she always picks the most dramatic songs and . Sometimes, she records herself and sends me voice notes of the latest songs.

Now, to tell you the reason why she likes to sing, according to her, singing is her way of . She told me once that when she’s stressed about exams or had a fight with her parents, she sings and feels like . She also loves how singing connects people; she gets the biggest smile when someone joins her or says “you sing that song better than the original”. For Minh Anh, singing isn’t about being perfect or becoming famous; it’s and making other people feel something too.
