This one time, I was trying to on a late-night train from Hanoi to Saigon. It was packed, but luckily I , hoping for a peaceful journey. Just as I was , a group of guys in the aisle seats decided to have a party. They were blasting music from a portable speaker, laughing their heads off, and generally just being .

At first, I tried to be understanding, thinking maybe they were just excited travelers letting loose. I reasoned that everyone deserves to have fun, especially if they were celebrating something or just enjoying their trip. But as the night wore on, the noise became . It was like a full-blown concert in a ! I couldn't focus on anything but their and the of their music.

With my patience wearing thin, I finally to politely ask them to . Although I was hesitant at first, I knew something had to be done for the sake of everyone trying to sleep. To my surprise, they were apologetic and immediately turned down the volume. Their reaction was kind and understanding, but by then, the damage was done. My sleep was totally ruined, and I couldn't of frustration and irritation. It wasn't just the noise itself, but the for others in a shared space that really bothered me. It's one thing to have fun, but it's important to be mindful of those around you, especially in a situation where everyone's trying to get some rest.

Despite their eventual cooperation, I couldn't fully relax for the remainder of the trip. Every time I closed my eyes, I found myself replaying the events, still feeling the sting of frustration. The whole experience left , and I to always carry earplugs on future travels to handle similar situations if they arise again.
