There are several reasons contributing to many people switching careers, one of which is the desire for greater job satisfaction and self-fulfilment. Specifically, prolonged engagement in often leads to emotional fatigue and declining motivation, prompting individuals to that align with their personal interests and values. For instance, many professionals have left corporate positions to pursue careers in the creative sector or social enterprises, where they can contribute to meaningful causes. Secondly, and economic transformation often , compelling workers to adapt by acquiring new expertise or pursuing more secure and emerging industries. Consequently, career mobility has become a practical necessity rather than a mere preference in .

In my opinion, despite certain disruptions, frequent career changes ultimately benefit society by fostering a more versatile and resilient workforce. In the short term, can increase recruitment and training costs for employers, while industries such as healthcare or education may suffer from shortages when experienced staff leave for other fields.
