Thân bài:
- Body 1: Chỉ ra những lý do vì sao nhà nước nên quan tâm tới người trẻ
- Body 2: Chỉ ra những lý do vì sao nhà nước nên quan tâm tới người già
Kết bài: Cuối cùng, DOL sẽ nhấn mạnh lại quan điểm của mình, cho rằng nhà nước nên dành sự quan tâm đồng đều cho 2 nhóm đối tượng này.

As the population of many around the world starts to age, many believe that the government should do more to , while others contend that funds should be redirected to . In my opinion, governments should consider helping both groups, since doing so would contribute to the overall wellbeing of society.

On the one hand, young people are the and investment in this demographic will help . By providing more , foreign companies will be more enticed to invest in a particular country, and as such, an educated populace can lead indirectly to more . An obvious case example is China, where a strong state-funded education sector resulted in a very high literacy rate and subsequently high economic growth when the economy liberalized.

On the other hand, one might argue that although older people might not as much, society still owes a debt to them. This firstly is because old people have contributed to the economy previously, and should therefore . Furthermore, by supporting the elderly, the government takes off some of the stress that is experienced by younger people who still have to take care of their families. Thus, greater investment in retirement homes, for instance, can help all age demographics of a society.

In the end, I believe that the government should between supporting old people and young people’s education, as to ensure both present and future happiness of all sectors of society.
